1. About This DMCA Policy

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent, email a notice to [email protected] that includes all six elements required by Section 512(c)(3): (1) a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (the full short-URL link on the Site); (4) contact information sufficient for the Site to reach you, such as name, address, telephone, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. 3. Our Response to a Notice

4. Counter-Notification

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

The Site terminates service to repeat infringers. Users confirmed as repeat infringers through multiple valid notices may have their links disabled, uploads blocked, IP addresses blocked, or service terminated in whole or in part.

6. Liability for Misrepresentation and False Notices

Under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your statements are truthful before submitting a notice or counter-notice.

7. Records and Cooperation with Authorities

The Site operates an anonymous upload system but retains connection information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and access records for operational, security, and legal-compliance purposes, and may provide them to judicial or police authorities or lawful rights holders as required by law.
