1. Purpose and Legal Basis

This Policy provides rights holders with a clear channel to report infringement and request takedown, while protecting the legitimate interests of users. It is implemented under Articles 90-4 to 90-12 of the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (the "notice-and-takedown" safe-harbor mechanism for internet service providers), and, for overseas rights holders, in the spirit of Section 512 of the U.S. DMCA. All content on the Site is uploaded by users; the Site does not pre-screen content. Such user-provided content includes images and videos generated or synthesized by AI or other technologies; such generated content must likewise not infringe any third party's copyright, portrait, personality, or privacy rights, and is equally subject to the notice-and-takedown mechanism of this Policy.

2. Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent and find infringing content on the Site, please email a notice to [email protected] containing: (1) the rights holder's name and contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work and information sufficient to identify it; (3) the full Site URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you accept legal responsibility for any false statement; and (6) the signature (electronic acceptable) of the rights holder or agent. Incomplete notices may require supplementation before processing.

3. Takedown Process and Timing

Upon receiving a complete notice, the Site will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within a reasonable time, will inform the notifier of the outcome where practicable, and will, where technically feasible, notify the original uploader of the removal and its reason. Taking content down does not constitute a final determination of infringement.

4. Counter-Notice

If the original uploader believes the content was removed by mistake or misidentification (e.g. valid license or fair use), they may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the content and its former location, the reason for restoration, contact details, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction and affirming accuracy. Under Article 90-12 of the Copyright Act, the Site will forward the counter-notice to the original notifier; if the notifier does not pursue legal action within the statutory period, the Site may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

The Site terminates service to repeat infringers. Users confirmed as repeat infringers through multiple valid notices may have their links disabled, uploads blocked, IP addresses blocked, or service terminated in whole or in part.

6. Unauthorized Automated Harvesting

Site content is protected by copyright. No bot, crawler, plug-in, browser extension, or other automated program may be used, without authorization, to bypass the Site's password protection or access controls, or to mass-download, reproduce, mirror, publicly transmit, or redistribute Site content. Such conduct may infringe copyright and violate the computer-crime provisions of the Criminal Code (Articles 358-363). The Site retains related connection records and may pursue legal remedies and refer such matters to judicial authorities.

7. Records and Logs

The Site operates an anonymous upload system and does not actively record uploaders' real names or accounts; however, connection information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and access records is retained for operational, security, and legal-compliance purposes, and may be provided to judicial or police authorities or lawful rights holders as required by law.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

The Site cooperates with courts, prosecutors, police, and other competent authorities, and will provide retained records upon receipt of a lawful order or official document.

9. Liability for False Notices

Persons submitting a notice or counter-notice must ensure their statements are truthful. A party who knowingly or negligently submits a false notice and causes harm to others shall bear civil, criminal, and other legal responsibility.
